Dec 11, 2012 Public Hearing on Ordinance to Amend Zoning Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 7 p.m. to discuss a proposed ordinance to amend the Town of Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, creating daily forfeitures for violations of the Town of Plymouth Zoning Ordinance. The proposed ordinance is as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of the Town of Plymouth, County of Rock, State of Wisconsin, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1: Subsection 2.4 of the Town of Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:

“Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates, the provisions of the Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) and no more than Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000) and costs of prosecution for each violation. Each day a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate offense.”


This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication of this Ordinance as required by law.
